The Stress Detox Lab

Stop surviving your life.
Start living it.

You've spent years being capable, responsible, and dependable. You've built a life you're proud of.

But somewhere along the way, pushing through became your default.

You're tired of always being "on." Your mind doesn't seem to shut off. And even when you finally have time to slow down, you don't always know how.

The Stress Detox Lab is a 12-month coaching experience for high-achieving women who are ready to get out of overdrive and actually enjoy the life they've worked so hard to build.

You don't need another productivity system.

A new planner. A better morning routine. Meditation. Exercise. Time management. Telling yourself to stop overthinking.

Maybe some of it helped for a while. But when life gets busy or stressful, you end up right back where you started.

The problem usually isn't that you don't know enough. You've learned plenty. The challenge is being able to respond differently when stress takes over.

You've spent so long pushing through that pushing through has become the way you live.

You are not failing. There's a reason this keeps happening, and you can learn to do things differently.

Not one more thing to do. A different way to live.

This is where the Stress Detox Lab comes in.

The Stress Detox Lab isn't about adding more to your already-full plate. It's about understanding what's keeping you stuck in overdrive and learning how to respond differently.

Inside the program, you'll learn practical skills to understand what's happening in your body and mind, recognize the patterns that keep you stuck, and make choices that support the life you actually want to live.

We don't just talk about change. You practice it.

What You'll Work On

Real skills for real life.

We aren't trying to make your life stress-free. We're helping you build the skills to handle real life differently.

01

Understand what's happening

Learn to recognize what's happening in your body, mind, and emotions when stress takes over, so you can stop feeling like you're reacting on autopilot.

02

Change the patterns that keep you stuck

Notice the thoughts, habits, and automatic reactions that keep you in overdrive, and learn new ways to respond.

03

Make space for what matters

Get clear about what matters most to you and learn to make choices that reflect your priorities, instead of letting urgency and other people's expectations run the show.

04

Handle hard things differently

Build the skills to pause, create space, and respond when life gets difficult, instead of automatically pushing through, shutting down, or spiraling.

05

Sleep and actually recover

Understand what your body needs for sleep, what's keeping you activated at night, and how to create a wind-down routine that works in your actual life.

06

Set boundaries that protect what matters

Make clear decisions about what you will and will not do, and use boundaries to protect your time, energy, and priorities.
What Can Change

A life that feels like yours again.

This isn't about becoming a perfectly calm person who never gets overwhelmed.

It's about having more choice in how you respond to your life.

You may find yourself:

  • Recognizing stress before it takes over
  • Catching thoughts instead of automatically believing them
  • Making decisions based on what actually matters to you
  • Resting without feeling like you have to earn it
  • Pausing before reacting

And also:

  • Feeling more like yourself again
  • Setting boundaries without constantly second-guessing yourself
  • Sleeping better and knowing how to wind down
  • Being more present with the people and things you care about
  • Having practical tools to use when life gets hard

The goal isn't a stress-free life.

It's a life you actually get to be present for.

Who This Is For

You built this life. Now it's time to actually live it.

This is for high-achieving women who are capable, responsible, and used to handling a lot.

  • You're used to being the capable one.
  • You carry a lot of responsibility.
  • You feel like you're always 'on.'
  • You're tired but wired.
  • Your mind doesn't seem to shut off.
  • You keep pushing through even when exhausted.
  • You know what matters but struggle to make space for it.
  • You want practical tools, not more information.
  • You've tried to solve this on your own.
  • You're ready to start actually living your days.

This is for women who recognize that the way you're living isn't working the way you want it to anymore.

From Women Who've Been Here

In their words.

Kristen's program was a breath of fresh air. The group calls were a favorite piece, allowing me to connect with other like-minded women and share experiences, while also learning some great tactics to manage stress and build resilience. My favorite takeaway was heightened awareness to tension I'm feeling and neglecting through my days, learning to lean into it and respond appropriately. I've walked away feeling more confident in managing my days forward!

Ashley, Wellness Practitioner

This program helped me normalize my own burnout and reminded me that being human doesn't make me less capable. The biggest shift I made was prioritizing sleep and intentionally adding more rest into my days. I also learned how important boundaries are for my wellbeing. I loved the handouts, the group calls, and especially Kristen's vulnerability in sharing her own experiences, it made everything feel safe, real, and relatable.

Questions Women Ask

Common questions.

Is this for me?
If you've read this far and something in you knows this might be it, even if you can't quite name the problem, that's exactly what the Strategy Session is for. You don't need the right words for what you're feeling. We'll talk through what's going on, what you want to change, and whether this is a fit. If it's not, I'll tell you and point you toward something that might help more.
I've tried everything already.
Many high-achieving women have already tried planners, productivity systems, routines, meditation, journaling, self-help, or other strategies.
The problem often isn't a lack of knowledge. Most women know what to do. The challenge is being able to do it when stress takes over.
The Stress Detox Lab isn't about giving you one more thing to try. It's about understanding the patterns that keep you stuck and practicing new ways of responding in real life.
Why is this a group coaching program?
One of the most powerful parts of the Stress Detox Lab is realizing you're not the only one who struggles with this. You don't have to explain why you're tired or justify why slowing down is hard. And you don't have to choose between group support and personalized coaching. You get both. The group gives you connection and perspective. Your 1:1 sessions give us space to focus on what's specific to you. And your private portal gives you a place to ask questions privately.
A year feels like a long commitment.
The 12-month structure is intentional. The 8-week course gives you the foundation, but the ongoing coaching gives you the opportunity to actually use those skills when you need them most. You're not signing up for a year. You're investing in the outcome: a life you actually want to live. If that happens sooner than a year? Even better.
How is coaching different from therapy?
Therapy often looks back at what happened and why. Coaching looks forward at what you want and how to build it. As a psychologist who has spent over a decade doing both kinds of work, I built this program to focus on the present: practical tools and skills you can use in your life right now. You are the expert on your life. I'm the guide walking alongside you, helping you put those skills into practice. And if therapy is what you need, I'll tell you and point you in that direction.
