My Story

From the system to the still, small voice.

I followed all the rules. Got the degree. Built the career. And then started wondering if there was more.

I've worked as a clinical psychologist within a healthcare system for years, and I love that work. But somewhere along the way, I started noticing something in the women around me, my family, friends, the gals at the gym. Smart, capable women who were showing up, doing everything right, and still feeling like something was missing.

I kept hearing a still, small voice, the one that said there was more I could offer. Not instead of clinical work, but alongside it. A way to meet women where they actually were: driven, successful, over-functioning, and quietly running on empty.

So I leaned in. K.Lyn Coaching is what came next, nervous system-informed coaching for high-achieving women who are ready to trade burnout for a life that feels like theirs again.
